Since learning the value of how theatre can be used as a universal language of communication cross-culturally, I have been devoted to directing work that encourages social change, transformation and equality amongst people from all walks of life.

I have never been one to let down a challenge as I believe that change requires one to be pro-active and that sitting comfortably and not grabbing at opportunities you are presented with, make ones complacent to the issues that the world is facing.

As a theater maker and director, my performances are never merely to ‘entertain’ but they rather aim to provoke the audience to think deeply about their positionality in society.
